The password is case-sensitive. Please remember exactly how you typed it.
 
Please print a copy of your receipt or check the box to
have the receipt emailed to you.  
 
Entry deadline for Preserved Foods is February 12, 2026.
 
Entry deadline for Baked Foods & Confections, Tablescaping and Fair Time Contests is April 2nd, 2026.
 
Please note Tablescaping will be closed when we have received the maximum number of entries.
 
Entry fee for Preserved Foods and Baked Foods & Confections is $4.00 per entry.
 
Entry fee for Tablescaping is $10.00.
 
Entry fee for BBQ Contest is $12.00. Entry fee for all other contests is $7.00 per entry.
   
Drop off entered Preserved Foods entries on Saturday, March 7, 2026
between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
 
Drop off entered Baked Foods & Confections entries on Monday, April 20, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
 
Tablescaping setup is Monday, April 20, 2026, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. only.
 
For Fair Time Contests delivery of entries will vary depending on the contest. Please refer to your contest for dates, times, and delivery instructions.
 
 
Pick up Preserved Food entries (display jars only) on Tuesday, June 9, 2026
from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
