Entry deadline for Preserved Foods is February 13, 2025.
Entry deadline for Baked Foods & Confections, Tablescaping and Fair Time Contests is March 20, 2025.
Please note Tablescaping will be closed when we have received the maximum number of entries.
Drop off entered Preserved Food entries on Saturday, March 8, 2025 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Drop off entered Baked Food & Confection entries on Monday, April 14, 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m
For Fair Time Contests delivery of entries will vary depending on the contest. Please refer to your contest for dates, times, and delivery instructions.
Tablescaping setup is Monday, April 14, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. only.
